Carlisle Therapies was established by Ruth Irving in 2012 as a base for her thriving acupuncture clinic.  The holistic health centre consists of three bespoke consultation rooms for rent to independent healthcare professionals and wellbeing practitioners.​

The centre is conveniently located in the heart of Carlisle city at 34 Lowther Street, CA3 8DH. It is just a stone's throw from Carlisle bus station, a few minutes’ walk from Carlisle train station and near main car parking sites.

Our team offers a range of professional services.  All our practitioners are self-employed and fully insured.

Our clinic rooms are well equipped, tranquil and have ample natural light.
